Why do I only pay 30% online?
The 30% online payment secures your reservation and confirms your commitment to attend. You pay the remaining balance directly to your instructor at the court, giving you flexibility and peace of mind. If you’re unable to attend for any reason, you can cancel with 24 hours’ notice and receive a full refund of the 30% paid online.
What happens if I cancel my lesson?
If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance, you’ll receive a full refund of the 30% paid online. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, the 30% payment is non-refundable since the instructor has already reserved that time exclusively for you.
Can I reschedule my lesson?
Yes! You can reschedule your lesson at no extra cost as long as you do so with more than 24 hours’ advance notice. Simply contact us and we’ll help you find a new date and time that fits your schedule.
What's included in the 1-hour lesson?
Our 1-hour lesson includes: initial skill assessment, personalized training plan, real-time technical instruction, immediate corrections, targeted exercises to improve your weaknesses, and strategic tips to apply in your matches—all 100% focused on you.
Do I need to bring my own equipment?
We recommend bringing your own paddle and balls for comfort, but if you don’t have any, your instructor can provide basic equipment for your first lesson. However, for optimal progress, we suggest getting your own gear after a few sessions.
