Tuff Bang Return and Refund Policy

At Tuff Bang, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure you are happy with your purchase, but if you need to make a return or request a refund, our policy is designed to be straightforward and transparent. These terms apply to all orders.

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return:

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@tuffbang.com with:

  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will evaluate the issue and offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost.

Want to exchange an item? The best way is to:

  1. Return your original item (following the return process above).
  2. Place a new order for the correct item.

This ensures you get your replacement faster!

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • It may take up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was faulty or the wrong product was sent.
